New Releases coming soon to Adventures Gate

Plenty to do as the Winter nights draw in!!

It's a busy time for gamers and collectors alike over the next month, as some of the most popular collectable card and minis games get expansions before Christmas

For fans of Dreamblade, there are new arrivals in the Dreamscape with the advent of Baxar's War. The Bloodcut launch an all-out assault on their nemesis, Baxar the Ravener. But Baxar fights back with his newfound allies, the monstrous Stitched. Their battle rages across the dreamscape. You and your Dreamblade can tip the balance one way or the other.

Not only are there new figures, but also new abilities like Poison and Terrify, and a new game mechanic – Gambit. Baxar's War is available from October 27th. Visit the Dreamblade Starters and Boosters catalogue to order your boosters.

Hot on the heels of Dreamblade, Battlestar Galactica sees the release of Betrayal, the first expansion for the CCG based on the hugely popular hit series.

Betrayal covers the action on Caprica, including the initial Cylon attack, Helo's trials thereafter, Starbuck's quest for the Arrow of Apollo, and their initial meeting with the Resistance, leading up to Starbuck’s and Helo's return to the fleet with the Arrow and Sharon.

Betrayal will introduce a new mission mechanic called Link and adds new characters and new versions of fan favourites. Five hundred autographed cards will also be made available through random Booster purchases.

Betrayal is available from November 9th – order your boosters now from the Battlestar Galactica catalogue

Heroclix goes all cosmic with the release of Supernova, bringing some real heavy hitters into the Marvel Universe, expanding on alien races, and introducing the Squadron Supreme to the ranks of heroes.

And there are special Super Rare Marvel Zombies hidden in some cases of Supernova. The hunt is on for zombie Captain America, Wolverine, Spidey and the Hulk

For mutant fans, The Days of Future Past action pack recreates the classic storyline as Logan and Rachel Summers take on the Sentinels after most of the world’s mutants and heroes have been killed or imprisoned.
